From there, I’ll identify the bottlenecks, gaps, and opportunities standing between the business you have today and the one you want to build.

You can choose between a 6-month or 12-month commitment, depending on your goals and the level of support you want.
The 6-month option is $1,400/month, while the 12-month option is $1,200/month.
At the end of your initial commitment, we’ll look at where you are, what you’ve accomplished, and what support you need next. If it makes sense to continue, you can renew for another 6 or 12 months at the same pricing.
$500K is a benchmark, not a hard requirement.
The Million Dollar Stager is designed for established staging business owners who are dealing with the opportunities and challenges that come with growing a larger company.
If you’ve been in business for 5+ years OR you’re approaching $500K in annual revenue and you’re ready to focus on capacity, team, leadership, profitability, and sustainable growth, you may be a strong fit.

The Six-Figure Stager is designed for home stagers who have proven they can stage and are ready to build the positioning, marketing, systems, and business foundations required to grow a successful six-figure staging business.
The Million Dollar Stager is for established business owners who have already built those foundations and are ready to optimize what they’ve built for greater revenue, profitability, capacity, and sustainable growth.
The level of support is different too. MDS includes private monthly strategy calls, a personalized strategic plan, ongoing direct access to me, and a smaller mastermind environment designed around the challenges of running and growing an established staging company.
We’ll start with a kickoff call where I’ll take a deep look at your business, your goals, your current challenges, and where you want to go. From there, I’ll create a strategic plan that gives us clear priorities for our work together.
Each month, we’ll revisit that plan, assess your progress, work through challenges and opportunities, make strategic decisions, and determine what needs your attention next.
The plan gives us direction, but it isn’t rigid. If something more pressing comes up in your business, we’ll adjust our priorities and deal with what matters most.
Plan to set aside at least 8 hours a month, or roughly two hours a week, to work on your business and implement what we’re working on together.
Depending on your priorities, some months may require more. Most members should expect to invest somewhere between 8–15 hours each month.
This isn’t a done-for-you program. I’ll give you strategy, direction, feedback, and support, but you need to make the time to implement.
You’ll have direct access to me between calls through your private Telegram chat and email during regular business hours.
And I want you to use it.
Send me what you’re working on. Your marketing. A new offer. A hiring decision. An email. A sales strategy. A process you’re trying to improve. A new opportunity you’re considering. I want to see what’s happening inside your business so I can give you feedback, help you think through decisions, and keep our strategy moving forward.
I typically respond the same business day, although responses may take up to one business day.

You’ll have a private 60-minute strategy call with me every month focused entirely on your business, plus a monthly group mastermind call with other established staging business owners.
Your private calls give us the space to go deep into your specific business. The mastermind gives you the opportunity to bring challenges and decisions to the group, learn from what other established business owners are working through, and benefit from additional coaching and perspective.
You’ll also have direct access to me between calls, so our work doesn’t stop when the Zoom call ends.
Once you submit your application, I’ll personally review it and respond within two business days.
If I believe the Million Dollar Stager is the right fit for you and your business, I’ll invite you to book a Connection Call. We’ll use that time to talk through your goals, answer your questions, and make sure the Mastermind is the right fit before you join.
If MDS isn’t the right fit, I’ll let you know. If I believe another way of working together, such as the Six-Figure Stager or private coaching, would better support where you are right now, I’ll recommend that instead.
You absolutely can. Many of my clients choose to continue for the valuable support, mentorship, and strategies that help them purposefully grow their businesses.
Toward the end of your commitment, we’ll look at your progress, where your business is headed, and what you still want to work on.
If continued support makes sense, you can renew for another 6 or 12 months at the same pricing.
Because the Million Dollar Stager is a high-touch coaching program with significant personalized strategy and direct access to me, all payments are non-refundable.
When you enroll, you’re committing to either 6 or 12 months of coaching and are responsible for completing all payments associated with that commitment, even if you decide to leave the program early.
