Before design week, you’ll choose your template, upload brand photos, and use your personalized Notion portal to organize your content and copy.
Whether you already have content or you’re starting fresh, I’ll guide you through the process and refine everything for SEO, clarity, and flow. This step typically takes 1–2 weeks and sets us up for a seamless design week.
Kickoff Call
We’ll meet to review your goals, brand voice, and site content so everything feels cohesive. I’ll answer your questions, finalize your prep checklist, and confirm your launch timeline.
If I’m writing your website copy, this is where I’ll gather the details and insight I need to bring your message to life before design week begins.
Design + Build
With your copy and content finalized, it's time for design week to begin!
Over five focused days, I'll customize your template with your brand styling, copy, and visuals. You'll review and approve along the way so that by day five, you've got a fully complete website.
Launch
You'll do one final review, request any last tweaks, and I'll transfer the site to your Showit account. From there, I'll connect your domain and set up your blog. Your polished, professional site goes live on day 7, ready to start working for your business.

You'll also gather visual inspiration to help me capture your brand's personality and translate it into a cohesive online experience. By the end of this step, you'll have a clear direction for both design and messaging, setting the foundation for everything that follows.
Content + Framework
Once your strategy is set, we'll collaborate on your site content and page flow. I'll map out a framework for each page, outlining what belongs where and how each section connects to your brand message and goals.
You'll get a personalized Notion dashboard with guided prompts for every section, making it easy to share your thoughts, ideas, or rough notes. From there, I'll write polished, SEO-optimized copy that sounds like you, only clearer, stronger, and more strategic.
By the time design begins, your messaging will be refined and ready to convert.
Build + Integrate
With your content and strategy in place, I'll bring your website to life, designing each page to flow seamlessly and guide visitors toward action.
This is where your brand's visual story comes together: refined layouts, optimized portfolio pages, and intentional design details that make your site stunning and strategic. I'll also handle key integrations like Flodesk, Calendly, or opt-in forms to keep your marketing systems running smoothly.
Every page is optimized for both desktop and mobile to ensure a seamless, high-end user experience from start to finish.
Final Touches + Launch

What’s the difference between Website in a Week and Custom Website Design?

I typically book projects about 4–6 weeks in advance.
If you’re planning a launch or rebrand around a specific date, it’s best to reach out early to reserve your spot — timelines can fill up quickly once new projects open.
How far in advance should I book my design week?

Because I reserve time specifically for your project, rescheduling may incur a fee and could delay your launch. If content or materials aren’t submitted on time, your project may be moved to the next available window.
I’ll always do my best to accommodate, but communication is key.
What happens if I need to reschedule my design week or delay my content?

Yes! A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project, and the remaining balance can be paid in 1–2 additional installments, depending on the project scope and timeline.

Do you work with clients outside of home staging and design?

There’s no set timeline for a great website — but for stagers and designers, keeping your portfolio current is key. I recommend a light refresh once a year to update photos, testimonials, or services, and more often if you have steady new work.
Most clients do a full brand or site refresh every 3–5 years, but small yearly updates keep your site fresh, relevant, and ranking well on Google.
