Prep + Plan
Choose your template, write your website copy using your personalized Notion portal, and upload all your brand photos and media. I'll review your copy and refine it as needed for SEO, clarity, and flow. This prep ensures we hit the ground running before design week begins.
Kickoff Call
We'll meet to walk through your goals, copy, and brand assets so everything's aligned. I'll answer your questions, finalize your prep checklist, and confirm the launch timeline.
Design + Build
Over five focused days, I'll customize your template with your brand styling, copy, and media. You'll review and approve along the way so that by day five, you've got a fully complete website.
Launch
You'll do one final review, request any last tweaks, and I'll transfer the site to your Showit account. From there, I'll connect your domain and set up your blog. Your polished, professional site goes live on day 7, ready to start working for your business.

Kickoff + Creative Direction
We begin with a kickoff call to outline your site's structure, essential features, and timeline. You'll also curate a collection of website inspiration to help me understand your desired aesthetic, flow, and functionality, so we can align on the overall vision before design begins.
Content + Framework
While you’re writing your website copy, gathering brand assets, and uploading your media, I’ll begin designing your homepage and mapping out your site structure. You’ll get access to a personalized Notion dashboard with content prompts, structure suggestions, and guidance to help you write confidently.
I’ll also review your copy before it’s added to the site — refining it for clarity, flow, and SEO, so your message is just as polished as your design.
Build + Integrate
Once the home page and site structure are approved, I'll design and build the rest of your site, adding in any necessary integrations from apps like Flodesk, Calendly, or opt-in forms. I'll refine the design for desktop and mobile to optimize your user experience.
Final Touches + Launch
I'll transfer your completed site onto your Showit account, set up your blog, connect your domain, and hand it over for review. Once final tweaks are made, we'll hit publish and your new site goes live - ready to impress and convert.

I typically book projects 2–4 weeks in advance. If you’re thinking about working together, it’s best to reach out early to reserve your spot — especially if you’re planning a launch or rebrand on a specific date.
How far in advance should I book?

Yes! A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project, and the remaining balance can be paid in 1–2 additional installments, depending on the project scope and timeline.
Do you offer payment plans?

Because I reserve time specifically for your project, rescheduling may incur a fee and could delay your launch. If content or materials aren’t submitted on time, your project may be moved to the next available window. I’ll always do my best to accommodate, but communication is key.
